Our apparels are all delicate and intricately made to the highest standard. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all our pieces are packaged carefully.
Due to the nature of our products and craftsmanship we can only accept returns in exceptional circumstances.
We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.
- An item may be returned if it is sent back:
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Free of stains, odours, animal hair, and damage

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns over £300 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
