Our upmost aim is to get your purchases to you quickly! We'd love to offer free shipping on all our products however we're a small business with limited capacity to absorb postage and packaging costs but we do try to offer free UK shipping where possible and are partnering with retailers worldwide to reduce shipping costs for you.

MyBabyGrow doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid a delay in delivery.
Free UK Returns
If you'd like to return a product, please email our Customer Care team at returns@mybabygrow.co.uk
- All returns are FREE in the UK
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in its original MyBabyGrow packaging
- Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
- If a product was purchased as part of a set, bundle or multipack please ensure all items are returned together as we cannot complete part-returns
- Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package
- Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 14 days of purchase.
- Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days

Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund .
